Dr. Holly Randall.  Doctor of Nursing and a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist.

My name is Holly Randall.  I am a Doctor of Nursing and a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist.  I am available as a Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield Provider to help with End-of-Life Care Planning.

I have 20 years of psychiatric care experience and am trained to work with end-of-life care to fill out forms and make legal medical plans.

Additionally, there may be ideas that you have imagined but never expressed related to your personal wishes around services when you pass.  We can talk about and document these wishes so that you can share them with loved ones and caretakers.  Planning gives peace of mind and relaxes everyone.  It also helps in clarifying your own thought process.

End of Life can be something we want to avoid or not discuss yet it is such an important part of our life process.    Please contact me at hollylrandall@gmail.com  if you would like to put some plans together.

These services are covered by Medicare and BlueCross Blue Shield or through private pay at $200 an hour.
